A written application, a face-to-face conversation, and reference checks before anyone is ever placed on a kids team.
Criminal background checks are run on every children's volunteer before they serve, and re-run on a regular schedule after that.
Written procedures for every environment: a two-adult rule, open sightlines, defined restroom and diapering steps, and a clear path for reporting a concern.
Leaders actively supervise every room, and we review and strengthen the whole system as our church keeps growing.
Your child gets a tag at check-in and you get the one that matches it. That tag is the only way they leave our care. Past the check-in point, it is parents, kids and team only.
